Step 1: Go to the Ticket Page
l After logging in, click on the Tickets Button
l You will then be directed to this page
l You will see your ticket information here, such as title, status and time.
Step 2: See More Information
l Click on Tracking Number, to see more information about the parcel.
l After clicking, you will be redirected to this page and view all the information which are shipment details, receiver details, sender details, parcel details and invoice details.
